If you have any questions, requests, or problems regarding your participation or organization, the team at Landsiedel NLP Training Schweiz GmbH is available at kontakt@landsiedel.com. Telephone support is currently not offered.
2. Services by Landsiedel NLP Training Schweiz GmbH
Landsiedel NLP Training Schweiz GmbH organizes seminars with trainers it commissions. Content for online courses and offers is partially provided by external trainers and authors.
3. Online Magazine and Members Area
3.1 Online Magazine
The latest issue of the online magazine can be obtained for free by subscribing to our newsletter. Subscription is voluntary and can be cancelled at any time.
3.2 Members Area
We also offer a members area with exclusive content and services for an annual fee. Membership begins upon successful registration and payment of the fee.
The duration is one year and is automatically extended for another year unless cancelled at least 14 days before expiration.
Cancellation must be made in writing via email to kontakt@landsiedel.com. After the membership expires, access to exclusive content is revoked.
4. Cancellation Policy
4.1 Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins upon conclusion of the contract.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, a clear statement by email or letter is sufficient:

For digital content (e.g. members area), the right of withdrawal expires once usage begins, provided the customer has explicitly agreed to immediate service delivery.
5. Registration / Contract Conclusion
Registration is done online or in writing. By submitting the registration, the customer consents to the storage of their data. The contract is concluded upon confirmation by Landsiedel NLP Training Schweiz GmbH.
6. Participation Requirements
Participation in seminars and online courses requires stable mental and physical health. Participants undergoing or with a history of psychiatric treatment must consult their physician beforehand.
7. Cancellation, Rebooking and Replacement Participants
7.1 Live Seminars
Free cancellation within 14 days of registration.
Up to 8 weeks before the seminar: 50% cancellation fee.
Less than 14 days before the seminar: no refund.
7.2 Online Live Courses
No right of withdrawal after usage has started. No rebooking or replacement participants allowed.
8. Cancellation by the Organizer
Landsiedel NLP Training Schweiz GmbH may cancel seminars for valid reasons. Any fees already paid will be refunded. No further claims will be accepted.
9. Seminar Materials & Copyright
Seminar materials and content on the online platform are protected by copyright of Landsiedel NLP Training Schweiz GmbH. Reproduction, distribution, or publication without permission is prohibited.
10. Confidentiality of Access Data
Access data to online content must be treated confidentially and may not be shared with third parties.
11. Payment
Payments are due within 28 days of the invoice date. Seminar fees must be fully paid before the start of the event.
12. Liability
Landsiedel NLP Training Schweiz GmbH is only liable for intent or gross negligence. No liability for valuables brought by participants.
13. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws. More information can be found in our Privacy Policy.
14. Final Provisions
The law of Switzerland applies. Place of jurisdiction is Baar, Switzerland. If any clause is invalid, the validity of the remaining clauses remains unaffected.
